Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.
Items that have been installed, modified, damaged by misuse, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products damaged due to improper installation or customer misuse.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We may offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered production or shipping.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
